My colleagues and I initiated the virtual Discrimination and Diversity Workshop back in May 2021. Successful iterations have since been held every year.
After the 2023 iteration of the workshop, a team of us (Oana Borcan, Laura Gee, Laura Harvey, Ernesto Reuben, and I) co-edited a Special Issue on Discrimination and Diversity at the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization. The Special Issue can be found here.
